I accidentally deleted the email where to submit questions to you, so I figured this might be my best bet!
I wanted to know if you thought the pre-production phase was ever tedious. Do you think its necessary to plan out every shot before you start filming (of course with adjustments made during shooting at director’s discretion), or do you think that a vague list of shots should be made for really important scenes and the rest left up to chance when shooting?
Have you come up with any optimizing tricks for win 7 64bit machines? I read your XP article from a few years ago. I wondering if you can do a setup that eliminates all the random processes and if so, which ones could go?
